Returns

Because our mixers are food products, we don't accept returns or offer refunds on delivered orders, except as described below.

Broken or damaged bottles

If a bottle arrives broken, we'll replace it. Email info@cocktailcrate.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll send a replacement.

Lost packages

If your package doesn't arrive, email us with your order number and we'll work it out with you case by case.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order any time before it ships. To cancel, email info@cocktailcrate.com with your order number. Cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method.
